Hello and Welcome to Joyful Living!
I’m Josceline Joy, it’s lovely to have you here 🙂
I am a wellbeing wizard; graduate in Psychology; anorexia survivor, and mental health campaigner.
Ultimately everyone deserves to feel awesome in their own skin, and I’m here to help you beat away the blues and feel your best!
I specialise in coaching recovery from disordered eating, including areas of stress management, emotional coping, self-care, and overall freedom from foody fear!
Since my recovery from anorexia I have been committed to helping others unlock their incredible potential to conquer the impossible, and achieve the incredible.
I know first hand what it’s like to live in a perpetual state of fear, anxiety and self-hate. To have all those feelings and thoughts, uncertainties and worries, focused onto your body.
It’s damaging and it destroys lives.
So we must prevent it.
What’s Joyful Living About?
This site aims to educate, inspire and challenge the way you think and behave so that you develop a deeper level of self-awareness, and resilience, in the face of your own set-backs.
I work from a psychological perspective; offering an insight into the factors shaping, breaking and remaking our health and wellbeing.
The blogs section of this site is chock-a-block with self-help and lifestyle articles aimed to help you challenge your behaviours, helping you develop a deeper level of self-awareness, self-love, and healthy coping strategies.
Seminars and Workshops
I am available for workshops, and to speak at wellbeing events.
Workshops follow the principles of Intuitive Eating and aim to improve self-worth, body-acceptance and enjoyment in food and movement outside of rules and restrictions. I educate and guide you practically in ways that enable you to cultivate a joyful life; a life living in freedom.
